We know buying online can be tricky! Please contact us if you have any questions about sizing, caring for your garment, exchange or refund.
If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, we are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you.
If you can’t find anything suitable for exchange we are happy to provide a refund, upon request. Refunds will be returned via your original payment method minus the cost of postage.
Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.
- Must be sent back within 14 business days of receiving your items.
- Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
For a return item we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
Shipping costs to return the item to us is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. We advise selecting a service that has tracking available.
